APPEAL ZBA170031 Address: 2027 Hyline Drive Owner/Petitioners: Kathleen and Christoph Justen Zoning District: L-M-N Code Section: 3.5.2(E)(5) Project Description: This variance request was tabled from the November meeting. The applicant has revised the submittal to reduce the square footage of the proposed accessory building. The request is to increase the size of a new accessory building with habitable space from the maximum size of 800 square feet to a total of 1,352 square feet.
