A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held May 1, 2014 in Municipal Court, 215
North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.
Staff in attendance: Bronwyn Scurlock, Assistant City Attorney

Mark Clitnovici, Liquor Enforcement Officer
Request from Bowl Fort Collins, LLC, dba
Chipper's Lanes to Change, Alter, or Modify
the Licensed Premises at 217 West Horsetooth, Approved
Crawford Morgan and Matt Hoeven, representatives for Bowl Fort Collins, LLC, briefly described the
proposed changes. Mr. Hoeven stated they are adding a laser tag arena and that they are in the process
of getting changes approved from other City departments. Mr. Crawford stated they have received many
positive comments regarding these changes.
Judge Lane approved the request from Bowl Fort Collins, LLC, dba Chipper's Lanes to Change, Alter,
or Modify the Licensed Premises at 217 West Horsetooth Road.
Request from The Criterion Group, LLC, dba
The Melting Pot to Temporarily Change, Alter, or Modify the Licensed Premises at
334 East Mountain Avenue from August 15, 2014 through August 17, 2014, Approved
Ryan Houdek, representative for The Criterion Group, LLC, stated this is their ninth year of adding the
beer garden to The Melting Pot during NewWest Fest. He stated there will be no changes to how these
changes are staffed. Mr. Houdek stated he has had no violations with respect to this temporary
modification of premise.
Judge Lane approved the request from The Criterion Group, LLC, dba The Melting Pot to Temporarily
Change, Alter, or Modify the Licensed Premises at 334 East Mountain Avenue from August 15, 2014
through August 17, 2014.

Registration of Renee Radke as
Manager of Bisetti's Ristorante,
120 South College Avenue, Approved
Renee Radke, manager applicant, briefly described her background. She stated she has been in the
restaurant business for 27 years and that she has been Bisetti's general manager for 3 years. Ms. Radke
stated her duties will not change with this registration. She stated she has attended training two years ago
and that staff she has hired are TIP's certified. Ms. Radke stated they any patron appearing to be under
the age of 40 are required to provide a valid Colorado Drivels License, otherwise, a manager must review
the id for it's validity. She stated she has experience in dealing with visibily intoxicated patrons. Ms.
Radke stated any employee found in violation is immediately terminated and that she has a current copy
of the liquor code on premise.
Judge Lane approved the registration of Renee Radke as manager for Bisetti's, 120 South College
Avenue.
Hearing on a New Application from 900 Degrees, LLC,
for a beer and wine license at 900 Degrees,
111 West Prospect Road, Unit B, Approved
John Rickets, representative for 900 Degrees, LLC, was sworn. He stated he is TIP's certified and will
provide me with a copy. Mr. Rickets stated the building permit has been delayed and that they do not
anticipate being open until the end of June. He stated he calculates beer and wine sales will be less than
10% of their gross sales. Mr. Rickets stated any patron that appears to be under the age of 30 must
provide a valid id. He stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code will be immediately
terminated.
Ellyn Just, representative for Aggie Agency, LLC, was sworn. Ms. Just briefly described the petitioning
process and that they had 98% of the respondents in support of this application.
Judge Lane adopted Resolution 2014-13 approving the beer and wine license from 900 Degrees, LLC,
doing business as 900 Degrees, at 111 West Prospect, Unit #B.
