2. 808 WEST PROSPECT ROAD, REVIEW OF DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL AND
RECOMMENDATION TO DECISION MAKER
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicants are asking the Commission to review their plans for a
multifamily project at 808 West Prospect Road. Located in the Medium
Density Mixed-Use Neighborhood (MMN) Zone District, the project, as
currently proposed, contains 59 units and 70 bedrooms in a three-story
building. A multifamily project with 50 or more units is subject to Planning and
Zoning Board (Type 2) review.
