Draft May 14, 2015, P&Z Hearing Minutes The purpose of this item is to approve the Draft Minutes from the May 14, 2015, Planning and Zoning Board hearing. 2. Kechter Farm Second Annexation and Zoning #ANX150001 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This is a request to annex and zone 75.58 acres located generally west of Ziegler Road, south of Kechter Road and north of Fossil Creek Reservoir. The annexation is divided into three parcels, all being a portion of the Kechter Farm General Development Plan as approved in Larimer County. This is a 100% voluntary annexation. The property is formerly a farm and currently zoned FA-1, Farming, in Larimer County. In accordance with the City Plan’s Structure Plan Map and the Fossil Creek Reservoir Area Plan, the requested zoning for this annexation is L- M-N, Low Density Mixed-Use Neighborhood, on Parcels One and Two and U-E, Urban Estate on Parcel Three.
