Guests: Matt Robenalt (DDA), Todd Dangerfield (DDA), Rebecca Everett, Tessa
Greegor, Ted Shephard (City Planning Department), Emma Belmont (Transfort)
Called to Order: 12:30 pm
1. Introductions: Guests, Board Members and City Liaisons introduced themselves.
2. Approval of Minutes from July: Miller moved to approve. Hueber seconded.
3. Open Discussion: Question: Has Max ridership declined since the fee started?
Emma said, yes, right now it seems like it has dropped off a bit.
4. New Business:
A. DDA presentation of the Old Town Square Renovation. Todd Dangerfield
presentation. Time frame-design finalization 2014. Early 2015 for construction
with completion by late summer 2015.
B. Rebecca Everett (planning) presented West Central Area Plan. Consideration of
adoption in March 2015 before City Council.
C. Tessa Greegor FC Bikes Program Manager presentation of 2014 Bicycle Master
Plan scheduled to go to City Council in December 2014.
D. Citizen concern will be further researched with schools.
E. Proclamation that October is Disability Awareness Month will be presented at the
October 7th
City Council meeting. Hueber and Deveraux will be there representing
the COD.
F. Board member resignation—Tommy Klender submitted his resignation. He will
not re-apply for another term. Jeni Arndt’s term is also up at the end of this year.
5. Old Business
a. Person First Festival—Coon, good turn out, under budget. Planning for
improvements for next year.
b. Mayor’s Awards—presentation of nominations by Hueber.
Voted on Award Winners for Mayor’s Awards.
c. COD Work Plan-Cozzens—tabled until next meeting.

Meeting adjourned at 2:40. Arndt moved to adjourn. Marr seconded. Mayor’s
Awards October 16th
