Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding. Staff in attendance: Bronwyn Scurlock, Assistant City Attorney Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk Mark Clitnovici, Liquor Enforcement Officer Approval of Minutes Judge Lane approved the minutes from September 10, 2012. Request from IVP, Inc., dba The Aggie Theatre to Change, Alter, or Modify the Licensed Premises at 204 South College Avenue, Approved Scott Leary, representative for I VP, Inc., stated that he is requesting that the Liquor Licensing Authority approve a modification of premise, adding a mezzanine level to this location. He stated he is working closely with the Poudre Fire Authority and the City s Building Inspection office. Judge Lane approved the request from IVP, Inc., dba The Aggie Theatre to change, alter, or modifythe licensed premises at 204 South College Avenue. Hearing on a New Application from The Noodle Shop., Co. - Colorado, Inc., for a hotel -restaurant liquor license at Noodles & Company, 3519 South College Avenue, Approved rMIN u Registration of Megan Skeehan as Manager of Noodles & Company, 3519 South College Avenue, Approved Kim DeLuca, representative for The Noodle Shop, Co. - Colorado, Inc., stated she is legal counsel. Megan Skeehan, manager applicant, was sworn. She stated she is currently registered as the manager at the Fort Collins Timberline Road store. Ms. Skeehan stated anypatron ordering alcohol that appears September 24, 2012 to be under the age of 40 is carded. She stated alcohol sales are less than 1% of their gross sales. Ms. Skeehan stated they -will have a patio, which will be monitored bya staff member when open at all times. She stated anyemployees involved in the sales and service of alcohol is required to be SafeSery certified. Ms. Skeehan stated she will have a current copy of the liquor code on premise. She stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code is immediately terminated. Max Scott, representative for Oedipus, Inc., was swom. Mr. Scott stated they received no negative continents with respect to this application. Judge Lane adopted Resolution 2012-15 approving an application from the Noodle Shop, Co. - Colorado, Inc., fora hotel -restaurant liquorlicense at Noodles &Company, 3519 South College Avenue and approved the registration of Megan Skeehan as manager of Noodles & Company, 3519 South College Avenue.
