A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority -was held on January9, 2012 in Municipal Court,
215 North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.

Approval of Minutes
Judge Lane approved the minutes from December 5, 2011 and December 21, 2011.
Approval of the 2011 Annual Report
Judge Lane approved the 2011 Annual Report.
Show Cause Hearing for The Sports eXchange, LLC dba
The Sports eXchange, 214 Linden Street, Continued
Assistant City Attorney Jenny LopezFRins stated that Judge Lane signed a Stipulated Request for
Continuance on January 5, 2012 allowing a continuance of the Show Cause Hearing for The Sports
eXchange, LLC to allow more time for Assistant City Attorney LopezFilkins and Defense Attorney
Zach Wilson to continue to negotiate an acceptable disposition.
Judge Lane stated the Licensee has agreed to continue the suspension of their hotel -restaurant liquor
license until a hearing date is set.

Registration of Jeremy McKee as
Manager of Wahoo's Fish Taco, 2310 East Harmony Road, Approved
JeremyMcKee, manager applicant, briefly described his background, stating he has been the registered
manager at other Wahoo's Fish Taco locations. He stated two different employees check id's and that
they do not accept vertical or paper id's. Mr. McKee stated he is UP's certified and is responsible for
training all the employees. He stated they currently have approximately 16 employees. Mr. McKee
stated he has an assistant manager who is on premise when he is not on premise. He stated he is on
premise 50 hours a week Mr. McKee stated anyone who orders an alcoholic beverage is required to
present proper id. He stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code is immediately
terminated. Mr. McKee stated he has a current copy of the liquor code on premise.
Judge Lane approved the registration of JeremyMcKee as manager of Wahoo's Fish Taco, 2310 East
Harmony Road.
Registration of Shannon Pinkul as Manager of
the Lodge at MacKenzie Place, 4751 Pleasant Oak Drive, Approved
Shannon Pinkul, manager applicant, briefly described her background. She stated she has never been
the registered manager at any other premise. Ms. Pinkul stated she will become W's certified. She
stated her head bartender is TIP's trained and is responsible for training the other employees with regard
to the sale and service of alcohol. Ms. Pinkul stated their residents are generally over the age of 85 and
that they card anyone that appears to be under the age of 40 or 50. She stated any employee found in
violation of the liquor code would be immediatelyterminated. Ms. Pinkul stated she has a current copy
of the liquor code on premise.
Judge Lane approved the registration of Shannon Pinkul as manager of the Lodge at MacKenzie Place,
4751 Pleasant Oak Drive.
