Introductions (5 minutes) 2. Approval of October Meeting Minutes (5 minutes) Motion to Approve – Devereaux, Second - Arndt 3. Open Discussion General Public (10 minutes) None 4. New Business (90 minutes) a. Election of Officers Chair – Arndt nominated Coon Vice-Chair – Hueber nominated Devereaux Historian – Coon nominated Hueber Secretary – Miller nominated Arndt All nominations were unanimously voted into office. b. Annual Report Coon will e-mail final draft for COD members review. Please get all feedback to Coon before submittal. c. Review of Boards and Commission Collaborative Meeting Coon and Devereaux attended on October 29, 2012. There was a handout for members on the highlights and results of that meeting. d. Trail Study Data Report Craig Foreman presented a PowerPoint presentation from the results of the COFC Trail Study. The power point can be accessed from the City Clerk’s page at www.fcgov.com. A timeline and next steps may also be viewed at that site. e. Transit Design Standards and Guidelines Presentation Emma McArdle provided a memo to the COD outlining the standards and guidelines of this project. This information can be viewed at www.fcgov.com/transfort. f. North Front Range Vision Project McArdle also presented on this project. She will be taking the lead on this and would like members to access the aforementioned website to provide feedback to her. She will keep the COD updated as this project progresses. g. The Lift of Northern Colorado The Larimer Lift was recently discontinued in Larimer County due to a lack of funding from the County. Jack Bowman has been working to resurrect “The Lift” by securing 501C3 (non-profit) funding. Please go to www.foralift.org to review their progress. 5. Old Business (15 minutes) a. Goals and Objectives COD members agreed that Transportation and Accessible/Affordable Housing will continue to be the focus of the COD 2013 Work Plan. 6. Community News and Updates a. State of the City Reminder Coon reminded members of the State of the City Address on January 29, 5-7 p.m.. It will be held at the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery, 408 Mason Ct. The RSVP deadline has passed; however, Coon reserved two seats and will be unable to participate. b. Disabled Resource Services Open House Invitation COD members should have received an invitation to this event, either by mail, or e-mail.
