A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authoritywas held on June 18, 2012 in Municipal Court, 215
North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.

Approval of Minutes
Judge Lane approved the minutes from June 4, 2012.
Registration of Dirk Bruley as
Manager of Famous Dave's BBQ,
2880 East Harmony Road, Approved
Dirk Bruley, manager applicant, stated he completed ServSafe training March 2012. He stated there are
approximately 80 employees at this location. Mr. Bruley stated they id patrons when they order an
alcoholic beverage. He stated he has had experience dealing with visibly intoxicated patrons and that
theykeep current id books on premise. Mr. Bruleystated anyemployee found in violation of the liquor
code is immediatelytenn hated. He stated a current copy of the liquor code is kept on premise.
Judge Lane approved the registration of Dirk Bruley as manager of Famous Dave's BBQ, 2880 East
Harmony Road.
Registration of Melinda Morgan as
Manager of Rodizio Grill,
200 Jefferson Street, Approved
Melinda Morgan, manager applicant, stated theyhave just completed a ServSafe training program. She
stated prior to being ServSafe certified that she was 'nP's trained. Ms. Morgan stated she is on premise
40+ hours a week She stated any patrons that order an alcoholic beverage is carded if they appear to
be under the age of 35. Ms. Morgan stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code is
immediatelyterminated. She stated she has a current copy of the liquor code on-line.
Judge Lane approved the registration of Melinda Morgan as manager of Rodizio Grill, 200 Jefferson
Street.

Request from The Criterion Group, LLC, dba
The Melting Pot to Temporarily Change, Alter, or Modify the
Licensed Premises at 334 East Mountain Avenue, Approved
Ryan Houdek, representative for The Criterion Group, LLC, stated this is the sixth year theyhave done
this temporary modification of premise. He stated they id every patron is carded as they enter the
premises and do not allow anyone under the age of 21. Mr. Houdek stated he is working closely with
Poudre Fire Authorityto ensure safe operations. He stated he limits the number of patrons on the area
being temporarily -added to less than what Poudre Fire Authority allows for the comfort and enjoyment
of his patrons.
Judge Lane approved the request from The Criterion Group, LLC, dba The Melting Potto change, alter,
or modify the licensed premises at 334 East Mountain Avenue.
Approval of a Tastings Permit Application from
Canam Spirits, Inc., dba Fish's Liquor Mart at
1007 East Harmony Road, Approved
Rich Lockwood, representative for Canam Spirits, Inc., stated he is applying for a tastings permit. He
stated he will have an additional employee specifically assigned to conducting the tastings. In response
to a question from the Authority, Mr. Lockwood stated he will use a log list to make sure they do not
serve more than four tastings to each person. He briefly described the petitioning process. Mr.
Lockwood stated he received positive comments in support of this application.
Judge Lane approved the tastings permit application from Canam Spirits, Inc., dba Fish's Liquor Mart
at 1007 East Harmony Road.
