A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authoritywas held on February 13, 2012 in Municipal Court,
215 North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.

Approval of Minutes
Judge Lane approved the minutes from January 23, 2012.
Show Cause Hearing for LB-MH Oakridge, LLC dba
MacKenzie Place, 4750 Pleasant Oak Drive, Stipulation Agreement Approved
Assistant City Attorney LopezFilkins summarized the stipulation agreement. She stated the City has
agreed to not take any disciplinary action against the Licensee if they remove Jeffrey Thomas Brown
as the general manager.
Dan Carr, attorney representing LB-MH Oakridge, LLC stated that Mr. Brown was terminated this
morning and that they will assign someone as the interim and have the manager position filled
within 30 days. He stated that they are currently searching for a replacement.
Judge Lane approved the findings, conclusion and order, accepting the stipulation agreement as
presented for LB-MH Oakridge, LLC, dba MacKenzie Place, 4750 Pleasant Oak Drive.
Registration of Wendy Clark as Manager of
Mulligan's Pub, 2439 South College Avenue, Approved
Wendy Clark, manager applicant, stated she has been working in the industry for 16 years and that
she is TIP's trained. She stated that all employees are required to be TIP's certified. Ms. Clark
stated she is unsure if company policy is to immediately terminate an employee if they are found in
violation of the liquor code. She stated they have a current copy of the liquor code on premise.
Judge Lane approved the registration of Wendy Clark as manager of Mulligan's Pub, 2439 South
College Avenue.

Registration of Donn R. Mulderink as Manager of
Stuff, 210 South College Avenue, Approved
Donn R Mulderink, manager applicant, stated that he will be the general manager and that they card
patrons at the table. He stated Stuft is a full -service restaurant and that any employee found in
violation of the liquor code is immediately terminated. Mr. Mulderink stated he has a current copy
of the liquor code on premise.
Judge Lane approved the registration of Donn R. Muldrink as manager of Stuft, 210 South College
Avenue.
