I. Call to order:
3:38p.m. by Mr. York
II. Consideration of the current agenda
III. Review of Minutes from the meeting on December 17, 2008:
Mr. Tollison made a motion to accept the Minutes
Ms Nevrivy seconded the motion
Unanimously Approved
IV. Citizen Participation:
Eric Sutherland spoke about the Pickle Plant Solar Farm project. He would like consideration to be
given to the financing of the project. He feels that the project should be opened up to private investors
in the communityso they can capture the tax credits available for the renewable energy resource.
Discussion was had.
V. Pedestrian Paver Submission Review
Ms Martin gave an overview of the project. The board voted on drawings.
Mr. Tollison made a motion to accept the 16 top scoring drawings and use # 138 as an alternate.
Mr. Needham seconded the motion.
Unanimously Approved
VI. Work Session Discussion:
Ms Martin spoke about the upcoming February 24ffi Council Work Session as the reason Ms. Poppaw was
invited to the meeting. Councilmember Poppaw spoke about the APP program and possible topics for
discussion. Discussion was had as to how the APP Board should approach the work session.
VII.2008 Annual Report:
Ms Martin distributed updated versions of the annual report. Board members reviewed the reports. No
input or suggestions were made.
VIII. Staff Reports:
Ms Martin distributed the staff reports with updated information about current projects.
Ms Martin informed the board that Jane Liska-Smith has resigned from the APP board.
IX. Other Business:
None.
X. Adjournment:
Meeting adjoumed at 5:40 p.m. by Mr. York
