A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authoritywas held on November 3, 2008 in Municipal Court,
215 North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.

Agenda Review
Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated that a modification of premise will be heard under Other Business.
Approval of Minutes
Judge Lane approved the minutes from August 4, 2008, August 7, 2008, August 18, September 8, 2008,
and October 20, 2008.
Transfer of Ownership of Uncle Fredie's Junkyard Grill,
200 Jefferson Street from Sanford's Grub and Pub of Colorado, Inc.,
to The Fogo Group LLC and Trade Name Change to Rodizio Grill, Approved
Ryan Houdek, representative of The Fogo Group, LLCh stated that he has not had anytraining and that
his managers and employees are required to attend regular training. He stated the diagram in his
application is correct. Mr. Houdek described where the alcohol is stored. He stated he will have
approximately 50 employees, of which 35 will be involved in the sale and service of alcohol.
Judge Lane approved the transfer of ownership of Uncle Fredie's Junkyard Grill, 200 Jefferson Street
from Sanford's Grub and Pub of Colorado, Inc., to The Fogo Group, LLC and Trade Name Change
to Rodizio Grill.
Hearing on a Change of Location Application from Quattro Vino, Inc.,
to move a retail liquor store license from 4019 South Mason Street, Suite 5, to
1720 West MulbeM, Unit B9, Approved
Matt Haines, representative of Quattro Vino, Inc., was sworn. He stated they are requesting a change
of location as the current space at 4019 South Mason Street, Suite 5 is too large. Mr. Haines stated that
they sell most of their alcohol on-line. In response to questions from the Authority, Mr. Haines

described the premise. He stated they will have limited hours open to the public.
Max Scott, representative for Oedipus, Inc., was swom. He stated this was an excellent result for a retail
liquor store license application.
Judge Lane adopted Resolution 2008 - 24 approving a change of location application from Quattro
Vino, Inc., to move a retail liquor store license from 4019 South Mason Street, Suite 5, to 1720 West
Mulberry, Unit B9.
Other Business
Request from 1200 S. Coffee, LLC, dba Cafe Vino, to Change, Alter or Modify Premises at
1200 South College Avenue, Approved
Kevin Zdenek, representative for 1200 S. Coffee, LLC, brieflydescribed the premises. He stated their
customers have requested theyexpand their premises. Mr. Zdenek stated the additional patio area was
added after their initial hearing and that this application will correct their error.
