A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authoritywas held on January 11, 2010 in Municipal Court,
215 North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.

Agenda Review
Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated there were no changes to the agenda.
Approval of Minutes
Judge Lane approved the minutes from December 21, 2009.
Registration of Stephanie Tillman as Manager of
La Luz Mexican Grill, 140 East Boardwalk, Approved
Stephanie Tillman, manager applicant, stated she received her TIP's certificated in May2009. She stated
that when she is not present at the restaurant, that the kitchen manager is responsible for managing the
restaurant. Ms. Tillman stated that any patron is carded when an alcoholic beverage is ordered. She
stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code is immediately terminated and that she has
a current copy of the liquor code on premise.
Judge Lane approved the registration of Stephanie Tillman as manager of La Luz Mexican Grill, 140
East Boardwalk
Registration of Michael Anthony Campana as
Michael Anthony Campana, manager applicant, stated he became TIP's certified October 2009. He
stated the if he is not on premise the owner or an assistant manager will be. Mr. Campana stated that
all employees in a position of responsibilitywill be required to be TIP's certified. He stated that anyone
allowed into the nightclub must have an i.d. to prove they are 21 or older. Mr. Campana stated that
employees will be trained specifically to identify signs of visible intoxication. He stated any employee
found in violation of the liquor code will be immediately terminated. Mr. Campana stated he has a
current copy of the liquor code on premise.

Transfer of Ownership of 7-Eleven Store # 20104A,
430 Remington Street from
7-Eleven Inc., to U113�:,Julian, Inc., and 7-Eleven, Inc., Approved
Kevin Coates, attorney representing both S.S. Lilly, Inc., and 7-Eleven, Inc., and Lilly -Julian, Inc., and
7-Eleven, Inc. Mr. Coates briefly reviewed the details of joint licensure with relation to the franchisee
and franchiser. Mr. Majeed, representative for both S.S. Lilly, Inc., and Lilly -Julian, Inc., stated he has
never had a liquor code violation. He stated that they have a contract with a company that does
monthly compliance checks on all their stores. Mr. Majeed stated any employee found in violation of
the liquor code will be immediatelyterminated. He stated that 7-Eleven, Inc., requires ongoing training
for their employees with respect to alcohol sales.
Judge Lane approved the transferof ownership of 7-Eleven Store # 26933A, 970 West Horsetooth Road
from 7-Eleven, Inc., to S.S. Lilly, Inc., and 7-Eleven, Inc., and the transfer of ownership of 7-Eleven
Store # 20104A, 430 Remington Street from 7-Eleven, Inc., to Lilly -Julian, Inc., and 7-Eleven, Inc.
