A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authoritywas held on June 4, 2012 in Municipal Court, 215
North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.

Approval of Minutes
Judge Lane approved the minutes from May 21, 2012 and May 23, 2012.
Registration of Sanyatha Bayna Bonnell as
Manager of MacKenzie Place, 4750 Pleasant Oak Drive, Approved
Daniel Carr, representative for LB-MI-1 Oakridge, LLC, stated Ms. Bonnell has completed her TIP's
training. Ms. Bonnell stated all the employees involved with the sales and service of alcohol are also
TIP's trained. She stated employees are required to check the ID of patrons ordering alcohol that
appear to be 35 years of age or younger. Ms. Bonnell stated any employee found in violation of the
liquor code will be initially written up and retrained.
Judge Lane approved the registration of Sanyatha Bayna Bonnell as manager of MacKenzie Place, 4750
Pleasant Oak Drive.
Registration of Alex Eichman as Manager of
CB & Potts at Collindale Golf Course,
1441 East Horsetooth Road, Approved
Alex Eichman, manager applicant, briefly described his background and stated he is TIP's trained.
He stated he has one assistant manager and one bar manager. In response to a question from the
Authority, Mr. Eichman stated employees are required to id any patron ordering alcohol that appears
to be under the age of 35. He stated anyemployee found in violation of the liquor code is immediately
terminated. Mr. Eichman stated he has a current copy of the liquor code on premise.
Judge Lane approved the registration of Alex Eichman as manager of CB & Potts at Collindale Golf
Course, 1441 East Horsetooth Road.

Request from JC Restaurants II, LLC, dba
Castillon's Mexican Restaurant to Change, Alter, or
Modify the Licensed Premises at 4010 South College Avenue, Approved
John Castillon, representative for J.C. Restaurants II, LLC, stated he is requesting to expand his existing
patio. He stated the patio fencing will be the same that is currently there. Mr. Castillon stated he has
not had any issues with patrons passing alcohol off the premises. He stated he has contacted Poudre
Fire Authority and that there are no issues.
Judge Lane approved the request from JC Restaurants II, LLC dba Castillon's Mexican Restaurant to
change, alter, or modify the licensed premises at 4010 South College Avenue.
Request from Old Chicago of Colorado, Inc., dba
Old Chicago to Change, Alter, or Modify the Licensed Premises at
147 South College Avenue, Approved
Barry Millander, regional manager, briefly described the modification of premise, stated they are
requesting to add an outdoor patio. He stated he will check on the status of the encroachment permit.
Mr. Millander stated that on Fridayand Saturdaynight theyhave employees checking patrons id's at the
front door. He stated patrons must come inside to be seated on the patio.
Ellyn Just, representative for Aggie Agency, briefly described the petitioning process. She stated she
received many positive comments in support of this application.
Judge Lane approved the request from Old Chicago of Colorado, Inc., dba Old Chicago to change,
alter, or modify the licensed premises at 147 South College Avenue.
