Regular Meeting - December 20, 2004

A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on December 20, 2004 in Municipal
Court, Justice Center, 201 LaPorte. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.
Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant City Attorney
Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk
Robert Younger, Liquor Enforcement Officer
Agenda Review
Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated there are no changes to the agenda.
Registration of Steve Svendson
as Manager of Romano's Macaroni Grill,
4627 South Timberline Road, Approved
Steve Svendson, manager applicant, briefly described his background and the type of training he has
received. He stated he has received extensive training through Macaroni Grill and that he will be
responsible for training all new employees. Mr. Svendson stated any employee found in violation
of the liquor code will be immediately terminated. He stated he has a current copy of the liquor code
on premise.
Judge Lane approved the registration of Steve Svendson as manager of Romano's Macaroni Grill,
4627 South Timberline Road.
Registration of Tyler Seever as
Manager of Domenic's, 931 East Harmony Road, #3, Approved
Tyler Seever, manager applicant, briefly described his background. He stated he has been in the
restaurant business for several years and has been at Domenic's since it opened in October of 2003.
Mr. Seever stated he has a current copy of the liquor code on premise.
Judge Lane approved Tyler Seever as manager of Domenic's, 931 East Harmony Road, #3.

Transfer of Ownership of Tailgate Tommy's,
145 East Mountain Avenue, from SGC&C, Inc.,
to High Plains Management, LLC, Approved
Keith Atkins, representative for High Plains Management, LLC, stated he has a diagram showing
a true representation of the premise. He stated he also has a fully executed operating agreement and
asset purchase agreement.
Judge Lane approved the transfer of ownership of Tailgate Tommy's, 145 East Mountain Avenue,
from SGC&C, Inc., to High Plains Management, LLC.
Transfer of Ownership of Braddy's Downtown Restaurant,
160 West Oak Street, from Big Daddy's, LLC, to
Stonehouse Pubs One, LLC and Trade Name Change to
Stonehouse Grill, Approved
Scott Kintz and Kit Sutherland, representatives for Stonehouse Pubs One, LLC, briefly described
their background. Ms. Sutherland stated the emphasis will be on food. She stated all employees will
be required to be TIP's trained. Ms. Sutherland stated any employee found in violation of the liquor
code will be immediately terminated. She stated they will be only making cosmetic changes to the
premises.
Judge Lane approved the transfer of ownership of Braddy's Downtown Restaurant, 160 West Oak
Street, from Big Daddy's, LLC, to Stonehouse Pubs One, LLC and trade name change to Stonehouse
Grill.
Registration of Paul Hutson as
Manager of Stonehouse Grill,
160 West Oak Street, Approved
Paul Hutson, manager application, briefly described his background and training he has completed.
He stated he is TIP's certified. Mr. Hutson stated he will be responsible for training all employees.
He stated he will meet with his employees monthly.
Judge Lane approved the registration of Paul Hutson as manager of Stonehouse Grill, 160 West Oak
Street.
