Meeting was called to order at 1:17 pm.
Citizen Participation and Plan Member Comments
None
Introduction of new Committee members
Rick Richter and Dennis Freeburg are the newest members of the Committee.
Consideration and Approval of Minutes from the December 13, 2007 Meeting
Jim Lathrop moved to approve the minutes and Dennis Freeburg seconded the motion.
The motion carried unanimously.
Review Draft of 2007 Annual Report
The Committee discussed the report and suggested changes. After the report was
reworked, Jim Lathrop moved to accept the edited version of the annual report and
Dennis Freeburg seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
Report on Employee Retirement Plan-6 In Amendment
The changes to the Retirement Plan 61h amendment are complete and the new version
will be going before City Council on 1/15/08.
Monthly Investment Reports
Harold has been working on verifying correct investment amounts at year-end. The
plan portfolio is up 13.63 % for year-end.
Other Business
The Committee decided to move next meeting to 2/21 /08. Rick Richter moved to
reschedule, and Bill Switzer seconded. The motion carried unanimously.

Election of Officers, and Discussion of `Entry Age Normal' method.
