MEMBERS ABSENT: Ray Tollison, Lee Needham, Craig Russell
STAFF PRESENT: Charity Finnigsmier, Ann Bossert, Jill Stilwell, Kraig Bader
CRB LIAISON: Carol Ann Hixon sat in for Susan Marshall

H. Consideration of the current agenda
III. Introductions
IV. Review of Minutes from the meeting on June 4, 2008:
Ms. Liska Smith made a motion to accept the Minutes.
Ms. Francuz seconded the motion
Unanimously Approved
IV. Citizen Participation: One visitor from CSU for a class
V. Transformer Cabinet Murals Design Review:
Kraig Bader joined the Art in Public Places board from the Project Team. Ms. Anne Bossert introduced the artists
and community groups to present final design presentation. Each artist or group presented the location, design
concept and background information of the organization if relevant. Handouts of each of the artists'/community
groups' designs was given to the board to review. Discussion was had.
Ms. Francuz made a motion to accept the 5 proposed mural designs presented; 2 from community groups and 3
from artists for the transformers boxes to be done this summer.
Ms. Nevivry seconded the motion
Unanimously Approved
VI. Cultural Plan Presentation:
Ms. Stilwell presented a power point presentation of the Cultural Plan to the Art in Public Places board members.
Discussion was had.
VII. Other Business:
Mr. York reported that the Volunteer Party given by the Lincoln Center was good.
Mr. York reported that he had a few community members join him for the Bike Tour of APP projects around
town. It was suggested that the APP staff think of doing a map/brochure of projects along bike trails and include
the granite paver locations as part of that.
VIII. Adjournment: Meeting adjourned at 5:07 p.m. by Mr. York
