CITY OF FORT COLLINS
EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT BOARD
MEETING HELD JANUARY 16, 1978
Members Present: John Hartman, Jack Williams, Warren Dalke, Philip Shade,
and Ron Wood
The meeting was called to order January 16, 1978 at 4:00 p.m. Ronald R.
Wood submitted the Investment Portfolio and Portfolio Valuation reports
to each member for review. Jack Williams requested that a further break-
down on GNMA's be shown reflecting yield in addition to the interest rate.
Mr. Wood advised that he would get this information.
Hartsel Wise and Bill Ray were then invited to attend the meeting. Mr. Wise
advised the board that he would like to receive the normal retirement option.
Hartsel Wise - Normal Retirement Benefit - $121.32 monthly for
the lifetime of Hartsel Wise.
Jack Williams made the motion, seconded by Warren Dalke, to approve Mr. Wise's
request for the normal retirement option. Unanimous approval.
Mr. Williams thanked Mr. Wise for his many years of service to the City.
Meeting adjourned.
