Meeting Location:
Glenn Strunk asked if the meeting location could be moved south to either the
new library or the library at Front Range Community College. Mr. Strunk asked if
the Board was required meet at a City facility and if libraries were considered City
facilities. Greg Tempel advised he wasn't sure if the libraries had been
transferred to the Library District yet but the Board could use a non -City facility if
they were willing to pay any fees associated with that. ,
Lt. Dodd mentioned the Fire Stations on Timberline both had conference rooms
that would be available at no cost.
Harry Edwards again stated the Fort Collins Police Services' Community Room
would not be a first choice for regular Board meetings.
Glenn Strunk will research options and report back to the Board.
Meals
Harry Edwards reported he had been notified by email that there is not a City
policy that covers providing food at Board meetings which are held over the
dinner hour. He asked if the Board would want any food or snacks provided
during regular meetings. Glenn Strunk advised he was not in favor of providing
food as normally meetings aren't that long and he can eat dinner when he gets
home. Dennis Baker agreed the meetings are usually short; however, he asked
if arrangements could be made to provide food if a subcommittee were to meet,
knowing they usually run later into the evening. The Board decided special
requests for food/snacks could be made in the future for subcommittee meetings
that might run later into the evening.

The extended July meeting will be held at the Fort Collins Police Community
Room and will include training at the conclusion of the business meeting.
