Lemay. The LPC gave their opinion on the historic eligibility of the farm and the relative significance of the existing farm buildings. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: Ms. Milewski called the meeting to order at 281 North College Avenue. Commission members Rande Pouppirt, Angela Milewski, James Tanner, Angie Aguilera and Janet Ore were present. Carol Tunner and Karen McWilliams represented Staff. GUESTS: Diane and Dick Rule, owners; Joe Shrader, developer and builder; John Winter, developer; Andrea Dunlap, real estate broker; K. Merl Haworth, architect; for the Rule Farm Project. Staff kept written minutes of this meeting and a cassette tape. These were given to the Secretary for transcribing. The Secretary accidently lost the records of the meeting. These minutes are the recollection of staff combined with information from the staff's response to the applicant, attached. This response letter was written from the meeting notes the day after the meeting. CURRENT DESIGN REVIEW: 4824 S. Lemay, Rule Farm - Complimentary Review of Plans for the Site It was determined that Merl Haworth would be the architect of record for the project and not Bud Frick as the meeting agenda had listed. Mr. Haworth made a presentation of conceptual plans for the redevelopment of the Rule Farm. The LPC commented extensively on the project plans. Training: Ms. Tunner showed the National Park Service Slide Show on "Restoring Historic Storefronts."
