A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on May 21, 2007 in Municipal
Court, Justice Center, 215 North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.
Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant City Attorney
Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk
Agenda Review
Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated that University Park Catering Company, Inc., dba Hilton Fort
Collins to Change, Alter, or Modify the Licensed Premise at 425 West Prospect Road has withdrawn
their application.
Show Cause Hearing for
The Noodle Shop Company, dba
Noodles & Company,
4733 South Timberline, Stipulation Agreement Approved
Kim Deluca, representative for The Noodle Shop Company, stated she has reviewed the stipulation
agreement. She stated they admit to the violation
Senior Assistant AttomeyAblao summarized the stipulation agreement. She stated that the Licensee
has agreed to a 15 day suspension, 5 days served (paid fine in lieu of suspension $200), with 10 days
held in abeyance for 1 year for violating C.R.S., 12-47-901(1)(a.5), permitting the sale or service of
alcohol beverages to a person under the age of 21 years.
Judge Lane approved the findings, conclusion and order as presented for Noodles & Company, 4733
South Timberline.

Stipulation Agreement Approved
Eric Olson, representative for Uptown Liquors, Inc., stated he has reviewed the stipulation
agreement. He stated he admits to the violation.
Senior Assistant Attorney Ablao summarized the stipulation agreement. She stated that the Licensee
has agreed to a 15 day suspension, 5 days served (paid fine in lieu of suspension $3383.87), with 10
days held in abeyance for 1 year for violating C.R.S., 12-47-901(1)(a.5), permitting the sale or
service of alcohol beverages to a person under the age of 21 years.
Judge Lane approved the findings, conclusion and order as presented for Uptown Liquors,1833 East
Harmony Road, #3.
Show Cause Hearing for Mini Mart, Inc., dba
Loaf n' Jug,1801 North College Avenue,
Stipulation Agreement Approved
Gary McChesney, representative for Mini Mart, hic., briefly described the extensive training their
employees go through. He stated they admit to the violation.
Senior Assistant Attorney Ablao summarized the stipulation agreement. She stated that the Licensee
has agreed to a 15 day suspension, 5 days served (paid fine in lieu of suspension $200), with 10 days
held in abeyance for 1 year for violating C.R.S., 12-47-90 1 (1)(a.5), permitting the sale or service of
alcohol beverages to a person under the age of 21 years.
Judge Lane approved the findings, conclusion and order as presented for Loaf n' Jug, 1801 North
College Avenue.

dba Jasmine Garden,
2721 South College Avenue,
Show Cause Hearing Set for June 11, 2007
Xixia Jiang, representative for Liujiang, LLC, through an interpreter, that they do not admit to the
violation.
Judge Lane set this matter to be heard on June 11, 2007.
