Present: Mr. Joe Coria Mrs. Nancy Landers Mr. Dean Olson Chief Ralph Smith Dr. Paker Preble Father Edward Ostertag Mr. Ralph Braden Mr. Penfield Tate Mrs. Pernie Atherly Mrs. Dorothy Godinez Mr. John Moore Mr. Arthur Roy Absent Mr. John Bustos Mr. Earl Kiely Mr. Gerald Templer Also: Mr. Alfred Solano Mr. Ernie Miranda Mr. Ernie Andrade Mr. Herman Martinez Officer Gordon Gosch Officer Jay Spencer Officer Russell Buck The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Dr. Parker Preble, who read Section 3, of the Ordinance creating a Commission on Human Re- lations; which list the assigned functions of said Commission.
