Mrs. Bennett presided at the regular meeting of the Fort
Collins Public Library Board.
Mr. March, City Attorney, was unable to be present for
this meeting.
A tour of the Library and its facilities is scheduled for
July 24 at 7:30 p.m. This tour is for the Fort Collins
City Council, City Manager, Larimer County Commissioners,
Larimer County Library Board, and members of the press.
An invitation has also been extended to Gene Allen, City
Planner, to discuss growth of the City in regard to the
Library.
A special meeting has been called for July 27 to discuss the
budtet for 1968.
The meeting adjourned.

Mrs. Sarah Bennett presided at a special meeting of the Fort
Collins City Library Board. This meeting was for the die-
cussion of the 1968 library budget.
Mr. Watrous moved that the proposed budget be approved.
Mr. Williams seconded the motion. All members approved.
The motion carried. The Chairwoman made a motion appointing
Mr. Williams to investigate a Library Trust Fund. He will
report at the August meeting. This motion was seconded by
Mr. Watrous and passed by Board members.
The August meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 29.
