the i'orC Collins Public Library Board met. at 7:30 p.m. on February 21 in the

It sugeeste.d that the Board and Staff be thinking of services which should be
wFured as vall as plans for the new building. Visits to newer libraries in the
region are planned by the Board in the near future.
After the discovery of duplicate payments on insurance for the bookmobile, Section 5

of the City -County Bookmobile t�greement is to be changed to read n lslcept as herein
oth_rwl e provided, th_ bookmobile shall be furnished by the County and maintained
by the Gi.cy, including adequate insurance, gas, oil, repairs and similar mainten-
ance . . ."
A synopsis of the recent in -library survey was distributed to the Board Members.
Copies of the 1973 Statistical Report and brochures on the Story Hour Workshop
program, being planned oo April 30 and May 1, were also distributed.
A Great Books Training Session is being offered by the Library in March and April.
T.;ri staff members, who are volunteering their services with Campfire Girls, are
setting up a type of volunteer training program within the library.
Tne r_eet.in; was adjourned at 8:45 p.m. with the nest meeting scheduled for tiednesday,
April 11.
