MINUTES
FORT COLLINS PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD
JUNE 4, 1974
SPECIAL MEETING
Members present: Sarah Bennett, President; Lois Henry, Secretary;
Frank Johnson, Jr.; Wilson Wilmarth. Members absent: David Watrous,
Vice President. Staff present: Larry Webber, Director; Jane Davis,
Assistant Director.
A special meeting of the Board was held to consider the recommen—
dation submitted to City Manager Robert L. Brunton by Barton and
Aschman regarding their site selection for the new library.
After careful consideration of the recommendation, the Board requested
Frank Johnson to draft a statement enumerating the feelings of the
Board. This statement will be sent to the City Council and Mr. Brunton.
A copy is filed herewith.
