Judge Kathleen M. Lane Presiding. Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant City Attorney Richard Johnson, Liquor Enforcement Officer Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk Agenda Review Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated the Show Cause Hearing for The D. Martin Group, dba Elliot's Martini Bar, would be continued to May 5 as Assistant City Attorney Ablao believes they will have a stipulation agreement. Show Cause Hearing for SJH Restaurant, Inc., dba Teriyaki Wok, 829 South Shields, Stipulation Agreement Accepted Assistant City Attorney Ablao summarized the stipulation agreement and stated that the Licensee was present to answer questions. She stated that the Licensee has agreed to a 10 day suspension, 5 days served, with 5 days held in abeyance for 1 year. Ms. Ablao stated that the Licensee has agreed to receive training for all his door and bar staff within 60 days. Judge Lane approved the Stipulation, Admission of Violation and Order as presented for Teriyaki Wok II, 829 South Shields Street. Show Cause Hearing for Han Sun Enterprises. LLC, dba Bison Liquor,1015 West Horsetooth, Stipulation Agreement Accepted Assistant City Attorney Ablao summarized the stipulation agreement and stated that the Licensee was present to answer questions.
