A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on February 7, 2005 in Municipal
Court, Justice Center, 201 LaPorte. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.

Robert Younger, Liquor Enforcement Officer
Agenda Review
Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated there were no changes in the agenda.
Hearing on a New Application from Blazin Wings, Inc.,
for a Hotel -Restaurant Liquor License at
Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar,
150 East Harmony Road, Unit 2-A, Approved
Max Scott, representative for Oedipus, hic, and Shane Cooley, regional manager for Blazin
Wings, Inc., were sworn.
Mr. Scott briefly described the petitioning process. He indicated that the petitions represent 244
(96%) signatures in favor and 9 (4%) in opposition. Judge Lane marked the petitions as Exhibit
1.
In response to questions from the Judge, Mr. Cooley briefly described his background. He stated
that Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar is an upscale fast food type restaurant, catering to families.
Mr. Cooley detailed the training required of all employees. He stated he is familiar with
operating a liquor licensed establishment in a `college' town. Mr. Cooley stated they will hire a
new manager within the next few months. He stated that the liquor is locked in an office cabinet.
Mr. Cooley stated they will have a current liquor code on premise before they open. Judge Lane
adopted Resolution 2005-03 approving an application from Blazin Wings, Inc., for a hotel -
restaurant liquor license at Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar, 150 East harmony Road, #2-A.

Hearing on a New Application from Food for Thought Catering, Ltd.,
for a Beer and Wine License at Food for Thought Catering,
401 Pine Street, (Bas Bleu Theatre), Approved
Vincent Clark, representative for Food for Thought Catering, Ltd., was sworn. He briefly
described his background. Mr. Clark stated he intends to be T.I.P.'s trained. He stated he would
be serving beer and wine prior to shows and during intermission. Mr. Clark stated he will be
serving light snacks. In response to questions from the Judge, Mr. Clark described the licensed
premise. He stated he anticipates that alcohol sales will be approximately 40% of gross sales.
Mr. Clark stated he will post signs notifying patrons that they can not remove their alcohol
beverages from the licensed premise. He stated that maximum occupancy is 99, however, most
shows have 60-70 patrons. Mr. Clarke stated he will train his employees to be aggressive with
carding patrons. He briefly described the petitioning process. Mr. Clark stated he will post an
employee at the front door to monitor the movement of alcohol.
Judge Lane adopted Resolution 05-04 approving the application from Food for Thought
Catering, Ltd., for a beer and wine license at Food for Thought Catering, 401 Pine Street (Bas
Bleu Theatre), contingent upon Mr. Clarke providing proof of training to Deputy City Clerk
Jensen.
