Poudre River Redevelopment (work with City, property owners to bring plan to reality) 2. Work to secure Perfornring Arts Center funding/site recommendation 3. Armstrong Hotel renovation 4. Armory Building renovation 5. Continue to work on East Mountain Ave. redevelopment 6. Continue fnade/sidewalk improvement program 7. Work to secure Hotel/Convention Center downtown 8. Sears Trostel project 9. 401 W. Mountain Ave. project 10. Freight Depot renovation (Linden Street) 11. Transfer Baseball stadium project to a viable entity within our community 12. Wal-Mart annexation 13. Work to develop corner of Pine/Jefferson (if opportunity arises) 14. Assist in selection in Downtown Library site 15. Continue pursuit of downtown housing projects 16. Continued review of downtown maintenance upkeep 17. Sidewalk improvements (200 Walnut St. block) 18. Begin work on adding another parking structure in downtown Planninr for DDA's Future 1. Formulate interested community group to analyze the future of the DDA 2. Determine best future vehicle for its purpose (DDA, URA, BID, etc.) 3. Set timeline for vote 4. Review/refine project commitment policy & procedure 5. Resolve issue regarding life of new DDA boundary when annexation occurs Condnue to work with Citp Staff, Council and Larimer County 1. Understanding of the DDA 2. Understanding of the funding vehicles used, their purpose and procedure 3. Leverage with City and County on partnerships
