Possibly 3 full-time people will be needed to care for downtown project. Parks budget increase ($438,000.00 to $560,217.00) is mostly for maintenance, not construction. H. R. Phillips indicated that $39,500.00 in budget for trails and open space is for operation and maintenance only. To begin trails program - a two -pole fence is to be erected on Flatirons land. At a fall Board meeting, H. R. will go into greater detail on trails program.
