A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on Monday, June 4, 2001, in Municipal
Court, Justice Center, 201 North College. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.
Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant CityAttorney
Richard Johnson, Liquor Enforcement Officer
Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk
Request from University Park Catering Co., Inc.,
dba University Park Holiday Inn,
425 West Prospect,
to Change, Alter, or Modify the Licensed Premises, Continued to June 18, 2001
Fred Warren, manager, briefly described the changes. He stated that Beethoven's was changed to a
meeting room in 1994. Mr. Warren stated he does not have a diagram of the entire hotel and will
provide one to the Clerk's office.
Judge Lane continued this item to June 18, 2001.
Other Business
Deputy atyClerkJensen submitted a letter forthe Authorityand staff to review. Judge Lane suggested
changes. Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated she will mail the letter July 9. A hearing was scheduled to
receive public input regarding Bed and Breakfast pennits August 20, 2001 at 1:15 p.m.

The meeting adjourned at 1:30 p.m.
