LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY MINUTES
Regular Meeting - December 3, 2001

A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authoritywas held on December3, 2001 in Municipal Court,
Justice Center, 201 LaPorte. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.
Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant CityAttomey
Richard Johnson, Liquor Enforcement Officer
Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk
Agenda Review
Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated that the transfer of ownership of The Colorado Grill and the
registration of Paul Dechant as manager of Abuelo's Cantina, 1113 West Drake Road has been
postponed to December 17, 2001.
Registration of Robert Dahl as Manager of MacKenzie's
Pub & Grill. 5750 South Lemay, Approved
Robert Dahl, manager applicant, brieflydescribed his background. He brieflydescribed the training he
hasreceived. Mr. Dahl stated their policyis to card anyone that looks under 35. He described how he
trains staff that operate the refreshment carts.
Judge Lane approved Robert Dahl as Manager of MacKenzie's Pub & Grill, 5750 South Lemay.
Transfer of Ownership of The Gallery,
1307 East Prospect, from FC Gallery, Ltd.,
to TKH Hospitality Enterprises, Inc., Approved
Todd Heenan, applicant representative, briefly described his background. He stated he has never had
a liquor code violation. He stated their policy is to card anypatron who appears to be less than 30 years
of age. Mr. Heenan stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code will be terminated. He
stated he has the liquor code on premise.
Judge Lane approved the transfer of ownership of The Gallery, from FC Gallery, Ltd., to TKH
Hospitality Enterprises, Inc.
December 3, 2001
