toward involving community agencies
in employing community youth. J.
Enck will be working with Patty
Olson on a budget/proposal to the
Council. The Commission approved
the project.
A. The issue of the Conflict of Interest
policy was discussed. Gerry addressed
this and said that it does not neces-
sarily involve business but other
issues. He needs more specific infor-
mation about the situation discussed
in earlier Commission meetings.
B. Gerry Horak discussed his philosophy
of the purpose of the Commission.
Taking a look at how the City encourages
jobs, etc. is appropiate for Commission.
Consider asking Frank Bruno to come and
answer questions - would be beneficial.
Consideration of the recreational user
fees was good. Community wide review
of human services goes under review
8/30, so should perhaps be involved in
that.
Lots of good stuff in this one, but some
of the information was very discouraging.
No information.
