MINUTES OF MEETING
April 16, 1975
The meeting was called to order by the President, Gary, Garwood.
The minutes were approved as presented.
The Board voted in favor of allowing Tom Peck to apply for a beer
license at City Park Nine. The beer would be sold in the back of
the Clubhouse, which would be off limits to those under 18.
Married students under 24 ask for lower membership rates. The
Board recommended the rates remain the same.
The Collindale parking lot will be black topped and marked. Areas
in front of doors will be marked "NO PARSING". Temporary parking
will be east of the Clubhouse during paving. An addition is being
added to the Maintenance Shop at Collindale.
Inter -city teams have ask to form a Golf League. This request will
be referred to the Collindals Man's Golf Association.
A committee, consisting of Dee Goodman, Celia Beach and Nall Davie
was appointed to survey the salary and benefits of area golf pros
and report to the Board.
Both Bill Metier and Tom Peck reported no problems reserving tee
off times. They reported the privilege was not being abused.
The need for permanent bathroom facilities for both courses was
discussed. H. R. Phillips will get designs from Engineering and
appraisals to present to the Board.
A new burglar alarm system for Collindale and a heating system for
City Park Nine were discussed.
The meeting was adjourned.
