FORT COLLINS PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
GOLF ADVISORY BOARD
April 19, 1978
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by President Jim Mitchell.
Tom Frazier reported on golf course play to -date. He also gave us
the current status on the City Park Nine sprinkler system.
Holes 5, 6 & 7 are currently in progress.
A preliminary golf tournament was passed out. Our tournament policy
has been questioned by the Poudre R-I teachers group. The Board voted
unanimously to uphold the policy as it reads now.
The Alonzo Martinez group requested a 7:00 A.M. starting time for
their tournament. Since they meet the requirement of over 100 entrants,
the Board referred them to work out the details with Bill Metier.
Tom Frazier reported that Tom Peck has officially resigned from City
Park Nine. Jim Greer has been recommended to fill the position.
Presently awaiting City Council approval.

The City is currently renegotiating with the water resource consultant,
