The meeting was called to order by Chairman Jim Reigles.
Minutes from the November meeting were approved.
Guest speaker, Susan Forgue representing First Interstate Bank
spoke to the Commission on what First Interstate is doing in
conjunction with the ADA. She stated an additional site is being
constructed at Boardwalk and College. The bank surveyed
customers/and non customers to see what it was they could do to
improve the new location.
Diane Rehner spoke to the Commission on several issues. One issue
was Care -A -Van. Care -A -Van is aware o problems, they are trying to
comply with ADA regulations, but funds are slim.
COD agree an umbrella organization is needed for the many different
organizations in the City and the Commission is willing to
investigate the need to have COD be that umbrella. Steve Annear
volunteered to follow up on that.

Ray Sanderson stated he was against Tranfort raising their prices.
Mike Gebo reported some staff in the Building Inspection Office and
some Commission members attended an ADA seminar.
Jim Reigles wanted the Commission to develop a letter of thanks and
recognization to be used to send to businesses. The Commission
approved the letter. Jim Reigles will be responsible for drafting
the letter.
The meeting was adjourned.
