The primary program purpose of New Vista is to develop a comprehensive, cost
effective array of services designed to meet current and emerging mental health
needs of senior citizens in Larimer County through education, mental health
intervention, case management support, and community networking. New Vista
also serves mental health needs for home -bound and nursing care adult
individuals, regardless of age.
Evaluations are done on all patients, most of whom are seniors with depression,
which is an ongoing problem.
Most doctors are not too familiar with this organization.
Skilled nursing care is needed currently for New Vista.
Trying to expand with more activities and packages for various concerns.
A consortium is planned to stress mental health issues and gaps. Sponsors outside
