Carmen distributed the certificates for COD approval. She will be doing
name tags within the next few weeks. She will also have an agenda printed
as soon as contributors and simulators/role models are known.

ABRF UPDATE
Disabled Equipment Program
Jackie reported the Disabled Resource Services office applied for two TDDs
for utilization in their office.
Architectural Barrier Removal
Jackie reported that a Foothills Gateway Rehabilitation client will be
living with a family in the community for a year, and the family will be
needing a portable ramp. There was discussion as to whether or not
Foothills Gateway could build a ramp if the materials were provided; and if
the ramp might be adapted or modified for another household.
Jackie mentioned that the request had been received that afternoon via
telephone and an actual application had not yet been submitted. The COD
agreed to table a decision until more information is provided by
Foothills Gateway.
