EXHIBIT A
To; Members of the Ft, Collins Planning and Zoning Board
We, the undersigned, all being residents of property adjacent to or
adjoining the 127 acres proposed to be rezoned for the purpose of developing
Maltiple-Family dwellings, at or near the intersection of Norsetooth and Taft,
Ft. Collins, Colorado, Case # $2-79B, known as Rossborough Rezoning, do register
our protest against and objections to the project.
We purchased our homes for the purpose of residing in a Single -Family
dwelling area and in the Good Faith belief that the property proposed to be
rezoned would be similarly developed.
Multiple -Family dwellings, as proposed by the developer, will cause the
disintergration of the Neighborhood atmosphere, will strain utility resources,
and will intolerably increase traffic on already inadequate streets.
We, as residents concerned with the quality of our Neighborhood, have no
guarantee that the developer's proposal will, in fact, be what is built. Once
rezoned, there is no restriction as to how many Multiple -Family units will be
built by this, or subsequent developers. Nor is there any statement to
guarantee the quality of our current environment.
The area was intended to be Single -Family at the beginning of the
Rossboxough development, and Mist remain Single -Family.
