Agreement No. 1, between the City and North Poudre Irrigation Company and No. 2, between the City and Josh Ames Ditch Company . After considerable discussion relating to exchanges, expenses of yearly maintenance of ditches, cost of operation and geoligical problems, motion was made by Evans to authorize Attorney Ward Fischer and City Attorney March, to present these_ag-cements fc verication with the Colorado Water Users Association and present a report at a later wary S, 1971 date concerning their findings.
