MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE FORT COLLINS WATER BOARD HELD
FEBRUARY 19TH, 1964, AT 4 O'CLOCK P.M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS
Present: President Ward Fischer, Mayor Harvey Johnson, Secretary John
Bartel and Board Members Norman Evans and Fred Fait. Also present were:
City Manager Robert F. Boos, City Engineer G. J. Weiss, Assistant City
Attorney Arthur E. March, Jr. and Councilwoman Lorraine Quinn. Vice
President Frank Ghent was absent.
Five members of the West Fort Collins Water District were
present. This group presented a revised plat of the district. After
some discussion motion was made by President Ward Fischer and seconded
by Board member Norman Evans that the secretary inform the Council
members that the plat be accepted and the agreement be amended to include
these changes.
• Exhibit "B" - Cast Iron pipe of size and type to meet the
approval of City Engineer.
Exhibit "C" - Revision of Boundary for the District.
Also agreed upon was for the District to lay Cast iron pipe
along the north side of section 33 and along the north and east side of
section 34.
With nothing more to be brought up at this time the Board
adjourned.
