5. Ward I�i::cher presented a synopsis of the report relating to stream
cla.vs-i l icati.ons and the joint meeting with the :norm DraLaage board
held on July 6, 1979. He asked for comments and suggestions from the
board. In section 2 of the recommendations from Cho report, it was
suggested that the sentence which reads, "However, such a designation
in other areas would impede the development of certain water storage
projects, such as Rockwell Dam and Shcep Creck Reservoir, which are
thought to be desirable for future supplies", should be changed to

7. Roger Krempel reported that, after working for seven years to gel- past
the snow basin, water has finally been turned from the snow basin into
the reconstructed Michigan Ditch. Peak runoff, however, has already
occurred. in Cho past, Cho City had anticipated that development would
occur only as far as snow basin; now plans are to extend as far as
Lace Agnes. Roger also reported Chat heavy work if. continuing in the

10. Other subjects discussed briefly were "the reorganization" (Public Works),
the Corridor. Plan, the Ciity's suit against Port Collins -Loveland Water
District, the City's land use plan, the water meter question, and the
s Latus of the Joe Wright project.
