OTHER BUSINESS
Charles Cotterman and Mark Goldrich reported on the Code Committee.
They both felt the process.is going well. One concern they shared
was possibly having too many codes. Felix offered to sit down with
any contractor and discuss ideas that would reduce costs and
simplify codes.
The Board will review the amendments to the 1991 UBC before they go
to City Council.
The meeting was adjourned.
