The minutes of the February 25, 1988 meeting were unanimously
approved.
Class B applicant, Randal F. King, submitted additional references at
the Board's request. He had already passed the Class B test. Board -
member Allison made a motion to approve Mr. King for the Class B lic-
ense and certificate. The motion was seconded by Boardmember Johnson.
Motion carried.
Harold Sollman applied for a Class C-02 license/certificate. Mr.
Sollman's references reflected Class D work. Motion was made to deny
the Class C-02 license/certificate, but to approve Mr. Sollman for the
Class D license/certificate. Motion carried.
Roy Kahler let his Class D license/certificate expire. He was
requesting reinstatement of the license with waiver of testing.
Boardmember Allison made motion to approve the. request. The motion
was seconded by Boardmember McCaffrey. Motion carried.
Brad Pederson, Pederson Construction was approved for a Class D and E
license/certificate.
Lee Whitcomb appeared before the Board requesting a Class D
license/certificate. Boardmember Trampe told Mr. Whitcomb that a
negative reference had been submitted and asked Mr. Whitcomb to
explain. Mr. Whitcomb told the Board that he had no idea that the
people were unhappy with his work. They had never complained to him.
He had received a message on his phone recorder in January from these
people, but the message left said that they would get in touch with
him at a later date and they never did. Boardmember Trampe asked Mr.
Whitcomb if he would be able to provide two additional references.
Mr. Whitcomb said that would not be a problem. Boardmember McCaffrey
made a motion to approve Mr. Whitcomb to test on the Class D category,
but stated that he would need to provide two additional references to
Debbie before final approval of the license/certificate was given.
The motion was seconded by Boardmember Johnson. Motion carried.

March 31, 1988
John P. Vanni has held a Class B certificate for three years. He was
requesting a Class B license. The Board approved this request.
Marlin Glantz, a Class D license/certificate holder since 1970,
appeared before the Board requesting a one time Class C-02 permit for
223 Willow. He has contracted for a 5100 square foot dry storage
warehouse for Schraeder Oil. He told the Board that his commercial
experience has been in the County. He built two hangars at the air-
port, two metal buildings (eight units each) on Commerce Drive and he
has done all of the remodeling at the Charco Broiler. Boardmember
Johnson made a motion to approve Mr. Glantz for the one time
C-01 permit at this address. Boardmember Allison seconded the motion.
Motion carried.
Debbie told the Board that she has been receiving information from
other jurisdictions regarding licensing and will send copies to all
Boardmembers the first week of April.
The meeting was adjourned.
