BUILDING REVIEW BOARD
MINUTES
July 28, 1988

The minutes of the June 30, 1988 meeting were approved as written.
Dennis Wernsman, Landmark Builders, submitted additional references to
the Board for approval. After review, Boardmember Conard made a
motion to approve Mr. Wernsman for a Class B license/certificate. The
motion was seconded by Boardmember Johnson. Motion carried.
Gary Nordick, Nordic Construction, applied to the A-oard for a Class B
license/certificate. He also requested waiver of testing. Boardmem—
ber Johnson asked Mr. Nordick who held the licenses for the company in
the past. Mr. Nordick said that Andy Hinton and Brent Ritter had been
his license holders. Boardmember Cornell asked if he had ever tested
in any other city. The applicant said that he held no other licenses
and had never tested. Boardmember Sinnett made 'i motion to approve
Mr. Nordick for a Class B license/certificate with waiver of testing
granted. Boardmember Cornell seconded the motion. Motion carried
unanimously. ;
James Matera, Straightway Contractors, passed the Class B test in
July. The Board had requested additional references before the Class
B license/certificate was issued. Mr. Matera asked to be approved for
a C-01 license/certificate and said he would provide Class B refer—
ences at a later date. The Board voted to approve this request.
Class D applicant Arnold Drennen submitted additional references for
approval. Boardmember Johnson made a motion to approve Mr. Drennen
for a Class D license/certificate. The motion was seconded by Board -
member Cornell. Motion carried.
Robert Kretchmer, Kretchmer Building, was approved for a Class D lic-
ense/certificate.
The meeting was adjourned.
