M. Members present were: James C. Keese, Virgil Magerfleisch, Roy A. Portner, Jack A. Harvey and G. H. Palms. Members absent were: Robert Ocheltree and Dr. Robert M. Lee. Minutes The minutes of the meeting of October 6, 1959, were approved as presented. Dr. Lee arrived at this time and.'assumed the position of Chairman. Correspondence October 27, 1959 Office of the City Hall Fort Collins, Gentlemen: City Manager Colorado It is hereby requested that a public hearing be scheduled for the Miller Brothers Foothills Subdivision, Fifth Filing, and the Miller Brothers South Foothills Subdivision, First Filing, at the Planning and Zoning Board Meeting on November 3, 1959. The following are the legal descriptions of the land involved in each: • Miller Brothers Foothills Subdivision, Fifth Filing A tract of land situate in the N. E. 4 of the S, E. 4 of Section 16, T. 7 N., R. 69 W. of the 6th P. M., County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which, sonsidering the East line of said S. E. 4 as bearing N. 000-32t W. and with all bear- ings contained herein relative thereto, is contained within the boundary lines which begin at the S. E. corner of said N. E. 4 of said S. Keese Secretary, Planning and Zoning Board After a brief discussion by the Board, it was moved by Mr. Portner and seconded by Mr. Palmes that the final plat of the Miller Brothers Foothills Subdivision Fifth Filing, being a portion of the NEzi of the SE$ of Section 16, T. 7 N., R. 69 W. of the 6th P. M., County of Larimer, State of Colorado, be approved subject to the owners and/or subdividers of the property entering into a written agreement with the City of Fort Collins that the public improvements, utilities and facilities necessary for the development of the area being subdivided will be installed in accordance with the standard specification of the City, and the plat be submitted to the City Council with the recommendation that it be approved subject to the foregoing conditions. M., Iaiimer County, Colorado, be approved subject to the owners and/or subdividers of the property entering into a written agreement with the City of Fort Collins that the public improvements, utilities and facilities necessary for the development of the area being subdivided will be installed in accordance with the stan- dard specifications of the City, and the plat be submitted to the City Counbil with the recommendation that it be approved subject to the fore» going conditions. South College An ammended plat of the South College Heights Sixth Subdivision Heights Sixth was presented to the Board by Mr. James Stewart. After a discussion Subdivision by the Board, it was moved by Mr. Keese and seconded by Mr. Magerfleisch Ammended that the final plat of South College Heights Sixth Subdivision, being Plat a portion of the S. W. 4 of Section 24 T. 7 N., R. 69 W. of the 6th P. M., Iarimer County, Colorado, be approved subject to the owners and/or subdividers of the property entering into a written agreement with the City of Fort Collins that the public improvements, utilities and facilities necessary for the development of the area being subdivided will be installed in accordance with the standard specification of the City, and the plat be submitted to the City Council with the recommendation that it be approved subject to the foregoing conditions. .• The Chairman declared the motion passed upon the affirmative vote of all members present.
