• Those in attendance at the hearing were: John Still, Kenneth Avery and
William H. Allen. This matter was discussed at length by the Board. After
all persons were heard the Chairman declared the hearing closed. It, was
moved by Mr. Keese and seconded by Ms. Partner that the final plat of South
College Heights Shopping Center, a portion of the SE.1 of Section 23, Town-
ship 7 North, Ranee 69 West, of the 6th P. M. City of Fort Collins, County
of Larimer, State of Colorado, be approved and the plat be submitted to the
City Council with the recommendation that itbe approved, The Chaiman
declared the motion passed upon the affirmative vote of all members prPsent.
