Dear Mr. Withrow:
Mr. Smith at the State Planning Division informed me yesterday that
the City of Fort Collins has not certified its approval in writing
as specified in Article VI, (c), of the Cotiract for Planning Assistance,
date ,7uly 11 1957, of any of the materials submitted by me subsequent
to January 20, 1958. I am sure that this is merely an oversite. It
is hoped that this matter can be corrected in the near future. It is
necessary for the Municipality to merely acknowledge receipt of the
materials and its approval of the same.
Very truly Yours,
(signed) Harold Beier
