Harold Baior, city plenning, consultant, is publishing these reports periodically this year for the axpress use of the city in drafting .long-range 1alans. According, to Mr. Beierls contract, these reports Are for the exclusive use of • the city and may be releaaed for pukXlcatlon enly upon approval of the Fort Collins Panning AM 7onInj Board. If it meets with your apnrovsl, washould-like the following agreement approved by the Board at its next: sessions 1. It was brought up that as federal funds were being used for these reports, approval from the State Planning Commission should: be received before allowing the reports released for publication. Mr. Palmes moved that the matter be studied rand given thought unt-il next meeting and the matter referred to the State Planning Commission. The motion was seconded by Mr. Sears.
