MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEEING
FORT COLLINS PLAMING AND ZONING BOARD
June 23, 1964
Call. to Order:
Chairman Ocheltree called the meeting to order at 7:10 P.M.
Present-
James Keese, Virgil Magerfleisch, Robert Boos, Robert Ocheltree,
Trafton Bean, Consuitant and Gene Allen
New Zoning
Trafton Bean presented additional parts of the preliminai
Ordinance:
Zoning Ordinance and led the discussion on same.
A substantial part of the discussion took place on "Home
Occupations", with emphasis on the fact that conditions and ir-
tensity of usage determine whether such a use is objectionable
or not. Mr. Bean stated the various questions of interprets.-
tion on Home Occupations keep coming up and are rather irk,irtant.
Time was devoted to signs,, off-street parking and unloadir=g
spaces, flood channels, Board of Adjustment duties non-co:1'o-rm=
•
ing uses etc. Sections 16 threugh 21 were discussed during the
meeting.
Since the meeting for information and discussion of the text,
iao action was taken.
