PORT COLLINS PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
.January 7, 1964 The meeting was called to order at 7:38 P. M., Present: Chair-
man Robert Ocheltree, Roy Portner, Virgil Magerfleisch, Dr. Robert M.
Lee, James Keese, and City Manager Robert F. Boos. Absent: Major Harvey
G. Johnson.
Minutes The minutes of the preceding meeting were approved as submitted.
Thunderbird A petition for the annexation of an area to be known as the Thunder -
Estates Fifth
Annexation bird Estates Fifth Annexation was presented to the Board. It was moved

by Dr. Lee and seconded by Mr. Keese that the petition be tabled. Passed.
